Lazy Stencils LLC (“Lazy Stencils,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of creators, rights holders, customers, and other third parties. This policy explains how to report content on lazystencils.com that you believe infringes a copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right.

Reporting an Intellectual Property Concern

To help us review your concern promptly, please send a written notice containing:

1. Your full legal name and whether you are the rights holder or an authorized representative.

2. Your email address, telephone number, and mailing address.

3. A clear identification of the copyrighted work, trademark, or other right you believe is affected, including a registration number or supporting link when available.

4. The exact Lazy Stencils URL or product listing you believe is infringing.

5. A concise explanation of the claimed infringement.

6. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or applicable law.

7. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorized to act for the rights holder.

8. Your physical or electronic signature.

Our Review Process

We review complete, good-faith notices promptly. We may request additional information, temporarily restrict access to the reported content while reviewing it, notify the affected party, or remove or disable content when appropriate. A notice does not automatically establish infringement, and each matter is evaluated using the information available to us.

Responses and Counter-Information

If your content or listing is affected and you believe the notice was submitted by mistake or involves a misidentification, you may email supporting information to info@lazystencils.com. Include the affected URL, an explanation, relevant authorization or ownership evidence, your contact information, and your signature. We may share the response with the person who submitted the original notice when reasonably necessary to evaluate the dispute.

Repeat or Abusive Conduct

We may restrict or end access, supplier relationships, or other participation involving repeated credible infringement concerns. We may also disregard incomplete, abusive, fraudulent, or clearly unrelated notices.

Accuracy of Notices

Submitting a knowingly false or misleading complaint may have legal consequences. Send a notice only when you have a good-faith basis for the claim and can provide accurate supporting information.

Ownership and Third-Party Rights

Unless otherwise stated, original text, photographs, artwork, branding, and other site content created by Lazy Stencils are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission. Third-party names, logos, characters, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation unless expressly stated.
