Lazy Stencils LLC (“Lazy Stencils,” “we,” “us,” “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same from all visitors and customers. We aim to operate in good faith and will promptly review credible notices alleging that content or products on lazystencils.com infringe copyright, trademark, or other IP rights.

When we receive a complete and credible notice, we are prepared to remove or disable access to the reported listing/content as quickly as reasonably possible while we review the claim.

3. Identification of the IP right being claimed:

   • For trademark: the trademark name and registration number (or other proof of rights)

4. The exact URL(s) on our Site that you believe are infringing (product page links)

5. A clear explanation of what you believe infringes and why

6. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the reported use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law

7. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act on their behalf

8. Your physical or electronic signature

2) What Happens After We Receive Your Notice

 

After receiving your notice:

 

• We will review the information provided and may request additional details to verify the claim.

• We may temporarily remove or disable the reported listing/content during review.

• Where appropriate, we will remove the content/listing or take other reasonable steps.

• We may contact you to confirm the outcome or request clarification.

 

Response time: We aim to respond as quickly as reasonably possible, typically within 1–3 business days for complete notices, depending on volume and complexity.​

 

3) Counter-Notice / Disputes (Optional)

 

If a listing is removed and the affected party believes the complaint is mistaken or misidentified, they may contact us with supporting information explaining why the listing should be restored. We will review any counter-information provided and act in good faith.​

 

4) Repeat Complaints

 

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate relationships with any supplier, contributor, or customer associated with repeated credible IP complaints.

5) Misrepresentations

 

Submitting a false or misleading infringement notice may expose the sender to legal consequences. Please ensure all statements are accurate and made in good faith.
