Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time

Because our high-quality stencils are made to order, standard processing time is 1 to 4 business days plus shipping. We take the necessary time to ensure your design is cut to perfection. Once processed, your order will arrive within the estimated shipping time frames listed below. Please note that slight delays may occur during major holidays or weekends. If there are any unexpected delays with your order, we will notify you promptly.
 

Domestic & International Shipping Rates

We ship worldwide using USPS. All orders include tracking information so you can monitor your stencil's delivery progress.

  • Shipping in the USA: * Standard USPS: 3–8 business days

    • USPS Priority Mail: 1–4 business days

  • Shipping to Canada: * Standard USPS: 6–21 business days

  • International Shipping (Other Countries): * Standard USPS: 9–32 business days
     

Customs and Import Duties (International Orders)

For our international customers, please be aware that your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by your local government. Buyers are fully responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs process.
 

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package. Please double-check your address before completing your purchase!
 

Order Cancellations & Modifications

Because our stencils are made to order, we begin processing your purchase very quickly. If you need to cancel your order or make a change to your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the 12-hour window has passed or production has begun, we can no longer cancel or modify the order.
 

Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Lazy Stencils, we strive to provide highly accurate product descriptions so you know exactly what you are ordering. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return guidelines below.
 

14-Day Return Window

Our standard return policy lasts for 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since you received your item, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. To process a return, please contact us with your order number or the last name associated with the order.
 

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your stencil must be unused, in the exact same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
 

Stencil Care & Proper Use

Our stencils are cut from highly durable, reusable Mylar. With proper care, they can be used repeatedly for spray paint, acrylics, and mixed media projects. Please note that damage caused by improper cleaning, aggressive scrubbing, or soaking in harsh chemical solvents does not qualify as a manufacturer defect and is not eligible for a refund or exchange.
 

Custom & Personalized Orders

We love bringing your custom stencil ideas to life! However, because these designs are created specifically for you, all custom logo, text, and personalized stencil orders are final sale. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom items unless they arrive damaged in transit.
 

Damaged Products or Manufacturer Defects

If your stencil arrives damaged due to shipping or has a manufacturing defect, we offer a 100% refund or a free replacement. Please contact us with a clear photo of the damage to initiate the process.
 

Item Not As Described

If the product you receive does not match the description on our website, we will offer a full refund or an exchange for a different item. Contact our support team to arrange this.
 

Packages Lost in Transit
  • Lost Before Delivery: If tracking shows your package is stuck or lost in transit and the estimated delivery time has passed, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

  • Marked as Delivered: If USPS tracking shows the item was delivered to your address but you did not receive it, we will gladly offer a free replacement. If you prefer a refund in this scenario, we must file a claim with USPS first. If USPS approves the claim, your refund will be issued. If USPS denies the claim, we cannot provide a refund.
     

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an eligible product, please ship the original item back to us. Once we receive your return (typically within 3–7 business days), we will process and ship your new item immediately.
 

Processing Refunds

Once a refund is approved, it typically takes 3 to 5 business days to process and appear in your bank account or on your credit card statement. If this time has passed and you have not received your funds, please contact us for assistance.
