These Terms & Conditions govern your use of lazystencils.com and purchases from Lazy Stencils LLC (“Lazy Stencils,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products and Product Information
We sell reusable Mylar stencils, custom stencils, digital stencil files, and related products. We make reasonable efforts to present descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colors, prices, and availability accurately. Screen settings, manufacturing tolerances, and the difference between the overall stencil sheet and the cut design may affect appearance or measurements. Review the selected options and listing details before ordering, and contact us if an exact cut-design measurement is important to your project.
Orders, Pricing, and Payment
Prices and availability may change without notice. Taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and the final total are shown during checkout when applicable. An order is not accepted until payment is authorized and we confirm the order. We may cancel or refund an order affected by an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, an unserviceable address, or artwork we cannot lawfully or technically produce.
Custom Stencils
You are responsible for supplying accurate artwork, wording, dimensions, quantities, deadlines, and other specifications. You confirm that you own or have permission to use the artwork, logos, text, trademarks, and other material you submit. We may decline content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringing, unsafe, or technically unsuitable.
Custom orders are non-refundable. We provide free reasonable adjustments to correct a production or design-preparation issue or to align the finished stencil with the approved specifications. New artwork, new dimensions, or a materially different design may require a new quote. Production begins according to the proof or specifications confirmed for the order.
Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically and are non-refundable. If a delivered file has a technical defect or does not match the listing, we will provide free reasonable adjustments or a corrected file. The formats, compatibility requirements, and license for each digital product are governed by its product listing. Unless a listing expressly permits it, digital files may not be resold, shared, redistributed, or offered as standalone files.
Shipping, Returns, and Defects
Standard physical stencils may be returned within 14 calendar days after delivery when they are unused, clean, undamaged, and in their original condition. The customer pays return shipping. Custom and digital orders are non-refundable. If a physical stencil is incorrect, damaged, or defective, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund after confirming the issue. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, copy or scrape protected content at scale, submit malicious material, or use the website in violation of law or another party’s rights.
Intellectual Property
Original Lazy Stencils branding, text, photographs, artwork, page designs, and other site content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party names, logos, characters, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation unless expressly stated. Intellectual property concerns may be submitted under our Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Use stencils, paints, adhesives, cutting equipment, heat, food-contact materials, and other tools according to their manufacturers’ instructions and with appropriate ventilation and safety precautions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lazy Stencils is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss resulting from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services, practices, or legal obligations. The updated date above shows when the current version took effect. Material changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
