    We utilize a reusable 10 mil food-safe plastic, renowned as the toughest and safest consumer-grade stencil material obtainable globally.
  • How does our sizing work?
    The sizes indicated represent the overall dimensions of the stencil sheet. However, please note that the actual dimensions of the stencil graphic are approximately 10% smaller than those of the sheet. For certain listings, the precise size of the design is specified under 'The design's size'.
  • How are our stencils cut?
    We employ a professional-grade CO2 laser cutting machine, complemented by our expertise and heritage in stencil craftsmanship, resulting in impeccably precise cuts that stand out among the best.
  • Turnaround time
    All stencils are custom-made upon order placement, with a processing time ranging from 1 to 5 days. For domestic orders, standard shipping typically delivers within 5 to 8 business days (applicable to US orders), ensuring prompt delivery to your doorstep.
  • Delivery
    Shipping within the USA: Shipping Method: USPS Standard Shipping - 2 to 5 business days, or USPS Priority Mail - 1 to 4 business days. Tracking information will be provided. Shipping to Canada: Shipping Method: USPS International - 6 to 21 business days. Tracking information will be provided. USPS Priority International - 2-5 business days. Shipping to other countries: Shipping Method: USPS International - 9 to 32 business days. Tracking information will be provided. USPS Priority International - 3-9 business days. While we strive to meet these shipping estimates, please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on the chosen shipping method.
  • Return Policy
    We gladly accept returns. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate the return process. Ship items back to us within: 30 days of delivery. Please contact us if you encounter any issues with your order. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Damaged Product / Manufacturer's Defect: In the event that the product arrives damaged due to shipping mishandling or a manufacturer's defect, we will provide a full refund or exchange, honoring 100% reimbursement. We kindly request photo evidence of the damage, which can be sent via email to Product Lost in Transit: Should the product fail to arrive due to being clearly lost in transit, we offer two options: we can either send you a replacement product or issue a 100% refund. Please note that this resolution will be implemented only after the estimated shipping time range has passed.
  • Not As Described
    If upon receiving the product, the customer can provide evidence that it does not align with the product description, we will gladly offer a refund or exchange for an alternative item.
  • Refunds
