You have 30 calendar days from delivery to request a return for standard, non-custom physical stencils. Contact info@lazystencils.com before sending your return and follow the return instructions we provide. Custom stencils and digital products are non-refundable. Please contact us if you encounter any issues with your order. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Damaged Product / Manufacturer's Defect: In the event that the product arrives damaged due to shipping mishandling or a manufacturer's defect, we will provide a full refund or exchange, honoring 100% reimbursement. We kindly request photo evidence of the damage, which can be sent via email to info@lazystencils.com. Product Lost in Transit: Should the product fail to arrive due to being clearly lost in transit, we offer two options: we can either send you a replacement product or issue a 100% refund. Please note that this resolution will be implemented only after the estimated shipping time range has passed.

If upon receiving the product, the customer can provide evidence that it does not align with the product description, we will gladly offer a refund or exchange for an alternative item.
