If you want us to review your artwork before payment, send it through the Contact page first. Clear files are best, but we can also simplify low-resolution or older artwork when practical.
Proofs, Adjustments, and Custom-Order Policy
Request a proof in the design-details field if you want approval before cutting. Production begins after the specifications or requested proof are confirmed.
Custom orders are final sale and non-refundable. If the stencil does not match the approved specifications or has a production issue, we provide free reasonable adjustments or a corrected replacement. A new design, different dimensions, or materially changed artwork may require a new quote.

10 mil / 0.010 inch / 254 micron Mylar
Flexible, washable, waterproof, and reusable
Precision cut for clean detail, with bridges added where needed
Suitable for spray paint, acrylics, chalk paint, airbrush paint, paint pens, ink, sponge brushes, and foam rollers when appropriate for the surface
The selected size is the overall stencil sheet size. The cut design will be slightly smaller so the sheet has a usable border for positioning and taping. Enter your required finished design dimensions in the required field before ordering.
Production and Fulfillment
Most custom stencil orders are prepared in 2–5 business days, depending on size, detail, proof approval, and order volume. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed ship date. Orders are produced and fulfilled from 72 Hemlock Drive, Paramus, New Jersey.
